Rooted in the Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach community, Jessica offers expert real estate guidance backed by thoughtful strategy and a genuine dedication to every client she serves. Jessica has successfully closed over $60 million in sales, earned Realtor® of the Year for Nassau County (2024), is a consistent Nassau County Top Producer, and currently serves as the President for the AINCAR MLS. Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Jessica attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Business & Marketing. She shares her life with her husband, Tanner who serves as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Together, they are blessed to have grown their family to include three little girls and have planted roots here in Fernandina Beach for the last 10 years. Her dedication to both her career and her family is a testament to her passion for making the most of every opportunity life has to offer.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Jessica enjoys staying active and exploring all that Amelia Island has to offer. She can often be found spending time with her family and friends, at cheerleading practice with her girls, shopping and eating in the historic downtown Fernandina Beach, relaxing on the beach, and definitely cheering on her football teams, the Georgia Bulldogs and Jacksonville Jaguars! Living a faith-and family-based life, Jessica is an active member of the Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Mission Church, cherishes the times when she's building relationships and believes that laughter and dancing are truly the best medicine!"
